# Fair Odds Calculator > Fair Odds Calculator is a free odds-arithmetic site for anyone in the United States reading a two-sided price: a no-vig calculator that turns two American prices into their implied probabilities, the overround between them, the hold and the fair vig-free price on each side; an expected value calculator that turns a price and your own probability into the break-even probability, the edge in points and the expected value of a stake; and a parlay calculator that multiplies two to four legs into one decimal and American price with the payout and the probability that price implies. Every answer is computed on the page from the figures typed into it. The site links to no sportsbook, exchange or prediction venue, takes no money from one, publishes no price of its own, and makes no selection, tip or forecast. ## What this is for - Anybody in the United States who is reading a two-sided price and wants to know what it is actually saying: the person comparing two markets on the same event, the person testing a model against a posted number, and the student or hobbyist who wants the conversion written out rather than done for them,Not somebody looking for a pick, a tip, a forecast or a price: this site publishes none of those, names no sportsbook, exchange or prediction venue, and links to none ## Tools - [No Vig Calculator and No Vig Odds Calculator](https://fairoddscalculator.com/tools/no-vig-calculator/): Both sides of a market in, the overround, the hold and the fair vig-free price out - [Expected Value Calculator](https://fairoddscalculator.com/tools/expected-value-calculator/): A price and your probability in, the break-even, the edge in points and the expected value out - [Parlay Calculator Odds and Payout](https://fairoddscalculator.com/tools/parlay-calculator/): Two to four legs in, one decimal and American price out, with the probability it implies ## Guides - [Run line vs moneyline](https://fairoddscalculator.com/run-line-vs-moneyline/): the guide explains what the two prices are saying and points at the calculator that works the arithmetic - [CLV betting and closing line value](https://fairoddscalculator.com/clv-betting/): the guide explains what the two prices are saying and points at the calculator that works the arithmetic ## Pricing - Free to use.
